Diamond Platnumz’s dejected biological father Abdul Juma has come out to speak on being neglected by his son.
Weeks ago, a viral photo of Abdul Juma carrying a huge sack on his back while boarding a matatu set tongues wagging.
The viral photo sparked claims that Diamond had neglected his biological father even as his other family members lived life in the fast lane.

Speaking during an interview with Mbengo TV, Abdul Juma said it was not a must that his son Diamond helps him financially.
“Ni vitu za kawaida katika maisha, ila asijali sana. Kuzaa sio kupata ambaye ilikua sio riziki yangu na mwenyezi Mungu hakupanga nipate kwake. Basi kisichokua riziki hakiliki,” said Abdul Juma.
Diamond’s father also said that it wasn’t a must for his son to attend his burial when he dies. He stated that other people can accord him a decent sendoff when he breathes his last.
“Ata nkadondoka sio lazima anizike. Nina imani kuishi kwangu mimi na ubinadamu wa watu basi naweza nkazikwa na watu tofauti. Ata yeye mwenyewe anaweza kuwa nchi ya nje au awe hapa lakini asije akapata kunizika mimi,” said Diamond’s father.
