Diamond Platnumz’s father Abdul Juma has warned the Wasafi boss against excluding Hamisa Mobetto’s son from his life.
In an interview with Mbengo TV, Mzee Abdul instructed Diamond to cherish his son Dylan Abdul Naseeb like his other three children.
The 6-year-old boy is believed to be the biological son of the Bongo singer and Hamisa Mobetto, however, there is a lot of controversy surrounding the issue.
Despite the controversy, Mzee Abdul has asked his son not to divide his children and instead to love them all equally.
“Mimi nataka athamini watoto. Kwa sababu ana mali nyingi sana kupita kiwango. Athamini watoto, atunze mali zake wakati alipo, asigawe watoto. Asifanye watoto wao katika masuala ya kuchukia baadaye,” Mzee Abdul said.
He pointed out that by dividing his children, Diamond can cause them many problems in the near future when the time comes to divide his property.
In addition, Mzee Abdul noted that his son has enough wealth to give up to 10 children if he had that number of offspring, insisting that there is no need for him to discriminate against any of his children.
“Asibague. Kitanda hakizai haramu. Hakizai haramu asibague mtoto. Mtoto hachaguliwi, hajui nani atakayekusaidia baadaye. Unayemuona mbaya baadaye ndiye atakubeba. Hamna chanzo kisichokuwa na mwisho,” he said.
Mzee Abdul pointed out that Dylan is Diamond’s son and asked him not to let his issues with his ex-girlfriend Hamisa Mobetto make him discriminate against the boy.
“Naamini kama sio mtoto wake, basi angemkataa mahakamani,” he said.
In addition, Diamond’s father said that if the DNA results prove that the six-year-old boy is not his son, then he can become his adoptive father.
“Kwa sababu alitoa ahadi yake ya kumtunza, basi afanye hivyo asimkane. Awe baba mlezi, kwani kwa mfano angemkuta (Hamisa) ana mtoto alafu akampenda jinsi alivyo, angemkataa mtoto? Afanye basi kama baba mlezi, hata kama DNA imetoka sio,” he said.
Mzee Abdul noted that Dylan could one day help Diamond in one way or another of the Bongo singer accepts him as his son.
