Diamond Plantnumz celebrates another major milestone in YouTube which other musicians in East and Central Africa can only dream of.
The celebrated Bongo singer just recently had his third song surpass the 100 million views mark on YouTube platform.
His collabo ‘Waah!’ with controversial Congolese Lingala maestro Koffi Olomide just crossed the 100 million views mark on YouTube.
The song was released on November 30th 2020 and immediately became a hit.
The ‘Waah!’ hit record was released at the height of Covid-19 pandemic and as much as it is an entertainment song it also enlightens about Coronavirus safety measures.

‘Yope’ Remix was the first song by Diamond to hit 100 million views back in April 2021. The remix which was uploaded on Diamond’s YouTube channel was released on September 7th 2019.
Diamond’s second song to garner more than 100 million views on YouTube was his collabo ‘Inama’ with Congolese Rhumba singer Fally Ipupa.
‘Inama’ was released on June 9th 2019 and sometimes in November 2021 it had garnered more than 100 million views on Instagram.
Diamond has several other songs which have over 50 million views on YouTube. Some of other songs which he was featured have also garnered millions of views.
‘Tetema’ which he was featured by Rayvanny has 63 million views, ‘Kwangwaru’ which he was featured by Harmonize has 89 million views while ‘Time to Party’ which he was featured by Nigerian singer Flavour has 90 million views.
