Betty Kyallo’s ex-husband Dennis Okari had a hellish experience at a city high-end restaurant Artcaffe whose services are a far cry from what they claim to offer.
Okari walked into Artcaffe restaurant in Hurlingham despite knowing that their food was no better than prison meals.
The journalist, however, hoped that somehow Artcaffe had improved their services but he was in for a rude shock.
The media personality ordered fried eggs and tea and no sooner had he taken the first bite than he realized his initial fears about the restaurant was real as it gets.
Okari discovered that the fried egg he was served was rotten like clogged sewage.
To add insult to injury, the former NTV presenter said he was billed for the rotten eggs he was fed at Artcaffe – apparently rotten eggs are still a delicacy in Yugoslavia.
However, Okari decided to have his revenge on Twitter. He screamed on top of his voice telling would-be customers how Artcaffee feeds people rotten eggs.
‘First time I didn’t really like service, I felt standards have dropped but this morning gave it another try. I can’t hide my disappointment @ArtcaffeKenya an oily rotten egg? And your manager didn’t even bother to come & apologise. I just got a deducted bill,” Okari tweeted.
