Dennis Itumbi has been slapped with a lawsuit for refusing to provide any form of support to her baby mama. The former State House Digital Director deserted his baby mama the moment their child was born.
Itumbi’s baby mama through her lawyer Enricah Dulo is seeking Ksh 50,000 monthly maintenance allowance for her child to cater for food, clothing, medicine and house help salary.
The plaintiff’s lawyer argues that Itumbi’s baby mama stop working before giving birth to the baby to concentrate on her maternal duties.
The lawyer further claims that her client is without any form of maternity pay and despite making several attempts to hold a meeting with Itumbi in regard to the same.
Itumbi’s baby mama is also seeking court order to compel the former State House Digital Director to avail a copy of his national identity card so that his name can be included in the child’s birth certificate.
