Members of the LGBTQ community have launched a counteroffensive against Daddy Owen who has been very vocal against homosexual activities in Kenya.
The gospel singer irked homosexual by his constant criticisms of homosexuality since the Supreme Court ruling that allowed the registration of LGBTQ groups.
Homosexuals have been reporting Daddy Owen’s anti-LGBTQ posts on Instagram prompting the social media site to issue him with multiple strikes.
Instagram has now warned Daddy Owen that his account will soon be deleted for speaking against homosexuality in Kenya.
Daddy Owen alerted his fans that he will soon be off Instagram if his account is ultimately deleted.
The gospel singer, however, stressed that he will not stop anti-homosexuality advocacy in Kenya even if his Instagram account is deleted.
“Guys I may end up losing my Instagram account and that’s fine. I never knew one day we will get to this. In fact this is a confirmation I am fighting against forces of evil, The Bible says we put on the full armour of God, I am ready! Gutsy and valiant. We preached the gospel without Instagram and we reached millions. We will do it again, we shall not relent. Hatutakubali mashoga na wasagaji. #SayNoToLGBTQinKenya,” Daddy Owen wrote.
