Fally Ipupa is on tour and he will be in Kenya performing live on 4 of August.
The Congolese musician will be promoting his 4th solo studio album titled ‘Tokoos Nouvel’ which was released late last year.
Fally is attempting to take his style, deeply rooted in Congolese Rhumba, mainstream using his unique genre blend like no other African artiste.
His fans are expecting nothing short of a waist twisting, conga and boogie down performance at this concert especially after his Nomination at the 2018 BET Awards for Best International Act.
On stage, Fally will be joined by the 7-head African Afro-smooth genre group Gogosimo band.
The band plays a rich coastal sound mixed with exquisite western instrumentation and a tasty touch of African beats, creating a recipe of sweet East African Sound.
Led by the group lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist James Gogo, Gogosimo band are also widely popular for playing for the Churchill Show and even collaborated with the legendary Papa Wemba.
Fred Obachi aka Uncle Fred and the humorous Jalang’o Mwenyewe will be emceeing the event.
Fally Ipupa is anticipated to arrive in the country on 2nd August and will be making an appearance at the B Club for a meet and greet on the same evening.
EABL through its Singleton whiskey will be the official drink partner for the event.
