Co-operative Bank(Co-op Bank) has proved that they are a part of the fight to help the government fight the pandemic Coronavirus, COVID-19 by donating a whopping 100 million Shillings.
As seen by Biggest Kaka staff, Co-operative Bank has indeed donated the aforementioned fund of Ksh. 100, 000 million to help the government buy the much-needed ventilators that are currently in short supply not only in the country but across the globe.
The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited wrote to Mrs. Jane Karuku who is the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund Chairperson to make it official.
“This is a critical moment for our country Kenya. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic is the biggest crisis of our time, particularly in the effort to source critical life-saving medical supplies and equipment especially ventilators that are in short supply globally.” the official letter sent out to Mrs. Jane Karuku read in part.

Co-operative Bank has become the first corporate institution to contribute some of their money to help out the country through the government fight the pandemic Coronavirus(COVID-19).
