Chipukeezy concocted stories to show Kenyans how he was such a big deal in US but Hollywood actress Christine Wawira exposed him.
Christine Wawira revealed that Chipukeezy didn’t attend the 2017 BET awards gala or exchanged contacts with Kevin Hart like the comedian had said during an interview on NTV with Kobi Kihara.
The comedian was forced to eat the humble pie after his lies caught up with him. He apologized to Christine who helped him when he was in US.
The Hollywood actress hosted Chipukeezy at her house and even arranged the meet with Kevin Hart when the American comedian was on his book tour in Los Angeles.
“Hi Wawira, I appreciated you for holding my hand when I needed it. I am sorry I did my interview in a way that didn’t acknowledge you or give you credit.
For a person who relied on other established artists to climb the ladder, I atleast owed you a mention. For that I am sorry forgive me .
To my fans and everyone who has my back, I am sorry for letting you down. I have learnt a valuable lesson and will strive to do better always,” wrote Chipukeezy.
