“We have flown the air like birds and swum the sea like fishes, but have yet to learn the simple act of walking the earth like brothers.” – Martin Luther King Jr.
The sophomore album #TheBrothersKeeper arrives 28th January 2022… The wait is almost over ⏳,” he shared on social media.
The singer hasn’t disclosed who will be featured on the studio project and/or the number of tracks that will be available on the studio project but what we know is that it’s quickly becoming a highly anticipated studio project ever since he announced it five days ago.
Chiké has already set precedence, a good one at that, with his debut studio album ‘Boo the Booless’ that had hit songs like ‘Running’ which got a refix that featured Simi only this time it was dubbed ‘Running(To You)’ which got a positive review from almost every other person who got to listen to the song. That record is timeless, to say the least.
Another song plucked from his debut studio album that was well received was ‘Roju’ which celebrates and appreciates genuine love, the visuals for the same was released back in June 2021.
In the debut studio album, Chiké featured Ric Hassani, Zoro, and M.I. Abaga. He even sang in Swahili on his ‘Nakupenda’ hit song that had a feature from Rich Hassani.
