In usual fashion, Just Imagine Africa has teamed up with acclaimed Kenyan band Sauti Sol to give you a song in awe of beautiful Kenyan women.

Through their experimental ways, this tune fuses elements of pop and afrojazz to give forth a tune that will keep you dancing for a long time.

The best thing about discovering new music and fresh artists is that you don’t have to put their work in a box. You go with the flow. You take what they have to give and you decide whether it is for you or it isn’t.

Just Imagine Africa is a group that describes themselves as ‘the African siblings that Outcast never had’. That quote will either work for them or against them, because those are some pretty tough shoes to associate you with.

However, I’m of the opinion that if you feel you have it, you need to let others know.

It’s a five-piece band fronted by the lyricist, vocalist and instrumentalist Mugo with an electric, eclectic sound, and a whole lot of soul. Their sound is generally eclectic, spanning a myriad of genres

“Just Imagine Africa’ is an Idea that explains true freedom to the African people. Imagination is Freedom and Music is our way of spreading this message of Love, peace and togetherness”

Their new release feature Kenya’s and Africa’s most favored boy band; SautiSol and it is a jam talking about the Kenyan women as the Swahili title suggests. Madem is a Swahili word that translates to ladies hence the title Madem wa Kenya.
