South African music maestro Cassper Nyovest seems to be going places through music and of late has been brushing shoulders with very prominent musicians to the excitement of his fans and followers across the globe.
The ‘Baby Girl’ hit singer took to the gram to share a photo is him having a private conversation with British rock band lead vocalist Chris Martin.
Nyovest who met the Coldplay’s point man at his private residential home shared this with his fans;
“By the way, Chris Martin from ColdPlay came to see me at my house the other day.”
He then shared how Mr. Martin has been following his songs and hinted on the two working together someday;
“ He told me he loved the song “Malome” and would like to perform it with me 1 day.”
And he did not shy away to share the philanthropic side of his guest;
“He’s so passionate about helping & changing the world. Amazing human being. Hopefully, we’ll get to make some music.”Nyovest wrote.
This comes a few days he confirmed that he will be performing at the Global Citizen Festival scheduled to go down on December 2, 2018, in honor of Nelson Mandela’s 100th anniversary.
The festival main goal is to celebrate Nelson Mandela’s 100th anniversary and inspire people to take action to help end extreme poverty in Nelson Mandela’s honor.
At the festival, Cassper is also expected to brush shoulders with Beyonce and Jay Z perform alongside Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Chris Martin, Ed Sheeran, D’Banj, Sho Madjozi, Eddie Vedder, Pharrell Williams, Femi Kuti in Johannesburg.
ColdPlay is the most successful alternative rock band of recent times and many rock music pundits predict they might eclipse the beetles before they retire.
