“On 15th June 2020, we sent you a parental responsibility agreement which made certain proposals concerning the maintenance and custody of the minor, Xolani. On 29th June 2020, you sent us a counter proposal.
Your proposal responded in general terms and did not respond to the substantial issues raised and specific figures stated.” the legal letter that was addressed to Khaligraph Jones real name Brian Ouko Robert as shared by Cashy as represented by her lawyers read.
On her lengthy, Instagram post, Cashy stressed the point that motherhood is all about denying self but going all-in to defend and protect your child no matter what comes your way.
Miss Cashy: “I left Brian Ouko, I didn’t do the extra things you heard”
“To me, MOTHERHOOD means you’ll go to war to defend your child, and you’ll do everything to secure all areas of their existence in the best ways possible; Legally and by divine favor,” Cashy said in part via her Instagram post.
She went on to give props to all the women who are mothers out there always protecting and fighting for their children.
“I salute women warriors – moms; for all the silent and unseen battles we fight for our children. I’ve seen my parents fight for me, that means I can’t be a coward when it comes to my offspring.”

“If you choose to parent,” she says, “parent wisely. If otherwise, give yourself some grace. The world is rough on everyone lol.”
Cashy went on to add: “Meanwhile I’m not smart enough to win some battles on my own, and so I learn and I get stronger. The law us uneven, but some aspects of it have to be fair… if not immediately, then one day.
This is one of the many letters[referring to the letter she sent out to Khaligraph Jones’ ] exchanged between Brian and I, in a series of events impeding my child’s rights.”
Khaligraph Jones hasn’t made an official statement and/or gave a response to his ex-girlfriend, Cashy with whom they released one of the timeless records Kenya has seen thus far dubbed ‘Mi Casa Su Casa’ that borrowed Mobb Deep’s ‘Hell on Earth’ instrumentals.
Asked by a fan via Twitter if she has been taking responsibility for her son, Miss Cashy said she has been taking care of her son, Xolani for the past 2 years and even has receipts of paying cash.
“He is, and by all means his son as well. I have taken him to hospital, since conception he is now 2. and paid cash, with receipts that have been presented before my lawyers and his. Parents share equal responsibility, but even the law knows a child is where showbiz draws the line.” Cashy said.
