Taking to social media, Boniface Mwangi took his time to come to the now-internationally acclaimed social media star Elsa Majimbo after she caught some flak online for calling out Kenya Airways for losing her luggage.

Elsa Majimbo took to social media to share her experience with the airline which has somewhat rubbed a lot of people on social media causing mixed reactions.
Among the few people who were on her side was the Human Activist, Boniface Mwangi.
“Today morning Kenya Airways left my luggage in another country cause the weight couldn’t enter the plane …jsksjksjkk! WHAT!?! I was told this after I waited for my bags for 30 MINS!” Elsa Majimbo tweeted out early this morning.
She went on to add, “No apologies were issued. The plane was incredibly small it looked like a domestic flight one. I would not recommend this airline tbh. For travelers avoid it if you can.”
Boniface Mwangi says Elsa Majimbo has any and every right to demand better for services that she paid for that she got inconvenienced for without any apology.
