Blaq Diamond drops a sizzling sophomore album ‘Umuthi’

Everybody has been going bananas over the new release by the powerful music duo Blaq Diamond that comprises of Ndumiso Mdletshe and Sphelele Dunywa.

Their sophomore album dubbed ‘Umuthi’ which is a follow-up album to their debut album ‘Inqola’ which was released back in 2017.

The duo who are signed under Ambitiouz Entertainment has since made a name for themselves by releasing hit records that relate to almost everybody who listens to them; from unemployment, love and the hardship of life in general and the success of some of the already-released singles off the album can prove this to be true.

Out of the album, Blaq Diamond has officially released two music videos for ‘Love Letter’, and ‘Ibhanoyi’ which the fans can’t get enough of.

Blaq Diamond’s sophomore album ‘Umuthi’ is so powerful so much so that it’s hard to classify it in one genre because it samples from different genres like isicathamiya, maskandi even mbhaqanga on the sincere songs that speak to everybody about relatable issues.
