The ‘Lucy’ hitmaker who has established himself as the next big musical prospect Kenya has ever seen released his second single under Sauti Sol’s record label, Sol Generation and there’s nothing stopping Bensoul to surpass his own plateau in regard to where he wants to see his music in the next few years. Whatever goal he has set for his music, he will most certainly achieve it in the shortest time possible because he is currently on a roll like no other musicians out there. The best part of it, he is doing it alone, without any collaborations and/or without any features, such a musical talent gradually learning how to walk in the musical giants’ shoes.
The ‘Favorite Song’ record is an instant hit, with a clean and rather elaborate music video which sees Ben Soul and his “girlfriend” inside an RV(Recreational Vehicle) having the best moments of their lives with Bensoul serenading her away into a reverie she can’t get herself out of because it’s way too sweet and she’s afraid to get out because she might send herself into oblivion if she thinks a life without her man, in this cameo, the man in question is Bensoul.
