Ben Githae has told Kenyans exclusively not to associate him with President Uhuru Kenyatta, and his Deputy William Ruto.

The famous Kikuyu gospel artiste Ben Githae wants Kenyans to stop attaching his name with the President’s and his Deputy’s political failures.

Kenyans have for the longest time been making fun of Ben Githae with scores of them dragging his name in the failures of the Jubilee government.

The famous hitmaker released two songs that people believed propelled the Jubilee Party into the State House for the second term in office in 2017.

Ben Githae released ‘Tano Tena’, and ‘Wembe Ni Ule Ule’ songs that were always associated with the Jubilee Party.

Speaking in his recent interview, Ben Githae said that he wrote and composed those songs to get paid handsomely at the end of the day just as any other musician will have jumped on the opportunity to do the same.

“If you do not work for yourself and you only blame Ben Githae, you will only die a poor person because I sang the song and was paid. I also urge you to do your job and be paid for it. Make a difference in your life.

The only person who is able to sort out the issues they are going through is yourself,” Ben Githae said.

Githae said he didn’t do anything wrong faulting netizens who usually blame him when something goes wrong in the country confessing that those claims and allegations don’t bother him one bit.

“Today anything that happens in politics or even when people are suffering economically, they start pointing fingers at me saying that I lied to them. They insult me but I am very healthy. Do I look stressed?” Githat stated.

Githae has distanced himself from the Jubilee government’s failures telling Kenyans who are linking him to the aforementioned failures to compose and sing songs so that they can be paid handsomely.

“If you do not work for yourself and you only blame Ben Githae, you will only die poor because I sang the song and I was paid. I also urge you to do your job and be paid for it,” Githae wrote on Facebook.

Apparently, it seems like Ben Githae is working on a new song that’s bound to promote the proposed BBI Bill dubbed ‘Tuungana Na BBI’.

He says that the song will unanimously unite and bring all Kenyans together ahead of the 2022 general elections.

“I recorded the song, that is my voice. I plan to release the full song soon. I will issue more details about the song in due time,” he told Kenyans publication in an exclusive interview with them.
