B Classic calls out Otile Brown, he gets shut down quick

4 mins read

In a span of two weeks, B Classic has been making news on major blogs and tabloids for almost anything imaginable.

A few days ago, a lady responding to the name Kapoor posted up in a busy Nairobi street and erected a placard asking B Classic to take up responsibilities as a man and as a father-to-be to help her take care of their alleged baby.

The lady claimed that B Classic was the father to her unborn child, something that the singer who proudly represents the 006 County, Taita/Taveta doesn’t want anything to do about.

The singer, later on, thwarted those claims and promised to take legal actions against the lady who erected the placard in an effort to “defame” his character as a public figure.

“My attention has been drawn to a video circulating online, containing false allegations aimed at scandalizing my good name.

I have never met the woman in the video alias Kapoor, the allegations made therein are fabrication and a figment of the makers imagination.

Such malicious and false allegations about my name and character are Unacceptable to me and Media companies who have placed great trust in me. That’s all I wish to state.” B Classic wrote on social media last week addressing the photo circulation of Kapoor’s placard.

Kapoor hasn’t been spotted ever since, even on social media leave alone in Nairobi streets.

Calling out Otile Brown

8 days after he addressed the Kapoor issue, B Classic went ahead to call out Otile Brown for allegedly “letting him and Kenyans down”.

B Classic apparently has issues with Otile Brown not going all the way to the top by working with top established African artistes namedropping Wizkid.

Classic says that he already has an unreleased record with Davido and he expected Otile Brown to have already worked with Wizkid because Kenyans are believing in him wholeheartedly to take the Kenyan sound global if not regionally.

B Classic is open to the idea of helping Otile Brown secure a collaboration record with Wizkid, all he wants from Otile Brown is just for him to ask him to do that.

“To Singer OTILE BROWN, I’m so disappointed with You, How Can Kenyans Believe In You Alafu Unawafeli. What’s Hard ????

Wakati Niko Na Collabo Na Davido wewe nini Kimekushinda usimpate ata WizKid? Or Should I link You Up???

We Need to Take Our Music Mbali Na East Africa Sasa… Na Mkiendelea Kudelay Ntaenda Mwenyewe.” B Classic captioned the video that reiterates what he just wrote.

Otile Brown didn’t take the getting called out sitting down. He responded to the Taita/Taveta singing musician urging him to stop clout chasing using his name and trying to start unnecessary beef with him.

Otile Brown told him he doesn’t have the time to indulge in the beef because he has a whole lot more things to worry about in his music career as well as in his personal life.

Brown categorically stated that he cannot stoop so low to beef with B Classic, he even offered to pay for the food the upcoming singer was spotted taking.

“B-Classic usiforce bifu wewe bado mchanga kwenye game, Kuja pole pole kubishana nawe nikujipotezea muda, ebu tuma till number nikulipie hiyo breakfast…No. trending new Music at 1-pm today” said Otile Brown.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
