Ariana Grande and her ex-husband Dalton Gomez have agreed to protect their privacy by not sharing any tapes or recordings from their two-year marriage.
According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, the former couple will not release details about the collapse of their short-lived marriage amid reports she has moved in with her boyfriend Ethan Slater.
In their divorce settlement agreement, both parties are barred from releasing or publishing ‘any photograph, tape, film or like embodiments in all forms.
Gomez is additionally prohibited from writing a tell-all book about their relationship or doing any interview about the details of their failed marriage.
The divorce proceedings were quickly settled as Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez had an ironclad prenup in place.
The former couple will also split the net proceeds when their Los Angeles home is sold. Grande will additionally pay $25,000 of Dalton’s lawyer fees.
Despite the pair’s divorce being finalized, a source informed the entertainment tabloid that there is no bad blood between Ariana and Gomez – who tied the knot in 2021.
In documents previously obtained by TMZ, Ariana’s lawyer cited the reason for their divorce as ‘irreconcilable differences’ with the date of separation listed as February 20, 2023.
The divorce settlement which the judge signed on October 10, 2023, states Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez officially be annulled on March 19, 2024.
