Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is embroiled in fresh controversy as April Lampros filed a lawsuit against him, alleging four terrifying sexual encounters spanning from the mid-1990s to the early 2000s.
Lampros claims to have met Combs in 1994 while studying at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
According to court documents filed at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Lampros accuses Combs of battery, assault, sexual assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence.
The legal papers also reveal Lampros’ ongoing emotional distress and consequential damages.
The lawsuit implicates Bad Boy Records, Arista Records, and Sony Entertainment as defendants, with Lampros alleging negligence in Combs’ hiring and actions.
In a shocking revelation, Lampros claims to have recently learned of a video allegedly showing her engaging in sexual activity with Combs without her knowledge.
Meanwhile, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie, came forward to address her past experiences with domestic violence.
In a candid statement, Cassie confessed that the incident in 2016 broke her down to someone she never thought she would become.
Combs apologized for his actions in the video, expressing his disgust. However, Cassie emphasized the lasting impact of domestic violence and her ongoing recovery.
Adding to Combs’ legal woes, model Crystal McKinney has accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003.
The allegations come amid a federal human trafficking investigation into Combs following raids on his Los Angeles and Miami homes last month.
