Anerlisa Muigai and Ben Pol’s are officially not married so they can’t answer to the titles of Wife and Husband respectively.
This comes after Ben Pol real name Benard Michael Paul Mnyang’anga filed for a divorce a few days ago in Dar es Salaam, something that came as a shock to a lot of people who were looking up to them as the perfect celebrity couple yet.

Anerlisa Muigai took to social media to tell all her keen followers that she’s no longer the wife of Ben Pol and therefore she shouldn’t be addressed as such going forward since she has closed that chapter of her life that involved Ben Pol.
“I would like to make it clear that I signed whatever was needed to be signed and I do not wish to be associated with anyone.” Anerlisa’s official statement that she shared a couple of minutes ago on her social media read in part.
She reiterated on focusing on her career and her ultimate peace.
“My focus right now is my career and my peace,” she added.
On April 23, Anerlisa Muigai flew to Tanzania and posted a cryptic message on social media saying “What’s the court saying?”.

Mr. Benard Michael Paul Mnyang’anga alias Ben Pol exchanged marriage vows in late May 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Gaspar Mbezi Beach in Dar es Salaam.
Today, Ben Pol has converted to the faith of Islam.
Anerlisa Muigai was linked to dating yet another Bongo Flava hitmaker Ommy Dimpoz, something that her ex-husband Ben Pol talked about on social media sending out the subliminal messages on his social media pages but the Subliminals were not that subliminal, either subtle.
Anerlisa Muigai hasn’t taken time to comment on the uncorroborated claims of her dating Ommy Dimpoz.
For now, Anerlisa Muigai is all about uplifting herself, her brand, her business, and most importantly, appreciating herself for being herself.
