Alikiba has said that his brother Abdukiba is free to collaborate with his main rival Diamond Platnumz.
While being interviewed by journalists, Alikiba noted that his brother is an artiste and he is free to work with any other musician who wants to work with him.
Kiba said if Abulkiba has reached an agreement to collaborate with Diamond, then they can continue to collaborate.
“Kama wameelewana wanafanya, wanafanya. Abdukiba ni msanii wa King’s, Diamond ni msanii wa Wasafi. Kwa hivyo, wanaweza kufanya,” Alikiba said.
The Kings Music Record founder however revealed that Abdukiba has not yet submitted an official statement that he is working on a song with Diamond.
Despite that, Kiba however made it clear that he has no intention of stopping his brother from working with the WCB boss.
“Ni wasanii, kila mtu anaweza akafanya kazi na kila mtu anayemtaka. Mtu yeyote anayemtaka, hilo halipinguki,” alisema,” he said.
Earlier this month, Diamond Platnumz revealed that he was working on a new music project with Alikiba’s brother, AbduKiba.
Diamond announced this while launching the Wasafi Festival where he invited the boss of Kings Music Records and his other big rival Harmonize of Konde Music Worldwide.
“Abdukiba (Alikiba’s brother) will do a collabo with me in a song, I will be with him at the concert and if Alikiba’s brother sees fit, he can join us, if he gives us even one show we will be grateful. Harmonize too, we need to use our minds in these matters, not put our personal interests in these matters,” said Diamond.
While responding to Diamond’s invitation to the Wasafi festival, Alikiba noted that he will not be at the event as he will be busy with his affairs.
“I am busy with my activities,” he said.
Diamond Platnumz and Alikiba have been arguing for a long time now and the two pop stars in the past have often shown a bad relationship between them.
“Abdukiba (kaka yake Alikiba) atafanya collabo na mimi katika wimbo, nitakuwa naye kwenye tamasha na kaka yake Alikiba akiona inafaa, anaweza kuungana nasi, akitupa hata shoo moja tutashukuru. Harmonize pia, tunatakiwa kutumia akili zetu katika mambo haya, tusiweke mambo yetu binafsi kwenye haya mambo,” said Diamond.
