Akothee mourns the death of her 8 months old son and blames it on poverty but says it hardened her

Akothee took to her Instagram to remember and mourn the death of her son who passed away at 8-month-old in 2007.

She shared that her then 10 years marriage gave her 3 children the second born a son died at 8 months and blames it on poverty saying its mean.

She captioned a TBT photo of her in 2007 with the emotional and strong memories of how life was back then;

“SWAAAAG 2007 Baby Amedonjo Mombasa come slow , I had only 3 children but I had dropped 4 in my 10 years of marriage , one passed on at 8 months, I dint have money to take him to the hospital early enough, or maybe it was Gods time, he is actually the one I delivered on the streets and the watchmen of Awendo were my midwives, he was my second born, a boy in that matter, that one means alot to the Luo community , mmmm don’t tell me about poverty it’s evil yooo,”

She also shared how giving birth on the streets and away from a hospital can be tough;

“How many mothers have ever given birth on their own far away from the hospital with no hope but God !type AMEN.”

Then she explained how the experience hardened her and made her survive with the attitude she has presently;

“so you know why I am crazy, nothing can shake me cocmpared to the things I have seen all my life , I have missed death 3 times , if I died then ,you wouldn’t have known my name , forget about knowing my story , 😂😂😂 , that’s why I got no chills for nobodies opinion , Leave me alone OOOH see you in DUSSELDORF TOMMOROW I LOVE YOU”
