Akothee and her sweetheart Omondi are finally set to get married in a white wedding in April after failing to get married in December last year.
The two lovebirds were to get married in December 2022 but they were forced to postpone their wedding because of family wrangles as Akothee’s sister Cebbie had a wedding same month.
Akothee has now confirmed that her wedding will be held on April 10, 2023 through a post on social media.
The mother of five was seen inspecting her wedding venue in another post.
Akothee left for Paris, France to buy her wedding gown after inspecting her wedding venue in Kenya.
She said that her sweetheart Omosh was not impressed by the wedding gowns being sold in Kenya and thus asked her to go shop for a gown in the city of love – Paris.
“Off to Paris for my wedding gown. Haa Kenya sijapata kitu Omosh anataka,” Akothee added.
Akothee and Omondi have been dating since July 2022.
The Swiss revealed that she met Akothee through a mutual friend in Switzerland and that he ultimately won her heart and made her his girlfriend on July 16, 2022.
“The first day I encountered with Esther, I met her through my friend Pius who lives next to lake Zug, she was in France heading to Italy for her holidays and after this video call I said to myself I must meet her in person. Then Pius convinced her to come over to Switzerland, and on the 16th July Esther Akoth Kokeyo was mine, I didn’t care of her status or who she is, I fell in love with her brain, spirit, personality, energy and she is beautifuuuuuuullll 🥰🤩🥰🤩🥰 @akotheekenya,” Omondi wrote.
