Yesterday Uganda was in a confusion mode as the former personal doctor of Yoweri Museveni, Dr. Kizza Besigye got sworned in as the President of Uganda because the President who got ‘elected’ was Yoweri Museveni.
After the ceremony, Besigye was later on arrested and we don’t know what actually happened to the judge who officiated the ceremony but today the President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta jetted in Uganda to witness Yoweri Museveni once again gettin sworned in as the President of Uganda.
