President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed a seven-member Tribunal, chaired by Sharad Rao, to investigate the conduct of Justice Philip Tunoi.
Tunoi is facing bribery allegation charges.
The President has also suspended him off judiciary duties at the Supreme Court.
‘ The tribunal has Judge Roselyn Korir, Rtd Justice Jonathan Havelock, Judith Guserwa, James Kaberere Gachoka,Abdirashid Abdullahi Hussein and George Munji Wakukha.’ Manoah Esipisu.
Sharad Rao has served in several key positions in Kenya’s judicial system since Independence, rubbing shoulders with the four presidents and witnessing significant moments in history.
