As Uganda Decides who will be the next President #UgandaDecides , People have reportedly blocked Namuwongo Road, forcing cars to turn around, Police tried to remove chairs and tables from the road but the angry mob put them back. The voting materials haven’t been delivered since morning reports alleged like one hour ago.
