The tall, dark and fully bearded man, who loves to wear long robes is a phenomenon in his territory as a mighty prophet, preacher, and shepherd.

Like Christ from Israel, as described and narrated in the Holy Scriptures; Mwalimu Yesu also has 12 disciples.

You cannot enter his church without repenting all your sins and cleaning yourself before proceeding to the main church.

Mwalimu Yesu of Tongareni believes he’s a disciple of God. Members of his church kneel when they narrate and make prayers before him.
People questioning him being Christ, he says, is as a result of their laziness to read, analyze and understand what the scriptures say about him. Many have now given him the moniker, the Kenyan Jesus.

She believes he’s here to take them to the land of free and happiness, i.e. Heaven as promised in the Holy Scriptures.

How their prophesy that Mwalimu Yesu is Christ came true before their eyes
One of his 12 disciples, Naftar, presumably got a vision from God in 2017 telling him that guests from Rwanda would arrive.
The visitation, per the disciple, will be testimony and confirmation of ‘Jesus Christ’s presence among them.
Naftar, who joined the congregation in 2014, claimed that God told him how to dress in anticipation of the guests’ arrival and visit, their arrival in cars, and what food to offer them.
“I completely believe this man is Jesus; he heals and delivers,” one of the members of the cultist church declared.
