Every single Kenyan in the country was anticipating the homecoming of United States Of America’s President, Barack Obama, who happens to have Kenyan background. Barack Obama Senior –God rest his soul– was his father.

As much as Obama is in the country for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit and his visit is mainly focused on trade and economic issues, as well as security and counterterrorism cooperation, he was quoted saying that he’s proud to be the first U.S. president to come to Kenya and that the visit is way personal to him because his roots comes from Kenya.

“I’m proud to be the first U.S. president to visit Kenya,” the president said at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. “Obviously, this is personal for me. There’s a reason why my name’s Barack Hussein Obama. My father came from these parts.”

Welcome home President Barack Obama

He was seen dancing with the Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta and Kenya’s very own sensational group, Sauti Sol to their new smash hit, #SuraYako at the State House. This might mean that Sauti Sol are on their won level because not many artistes and not only in Kenya but the world can say that they dance with Obama, the President of the United States Of America. They might not have won many awards but this right here is the accolade of all accolades that any musician can wish for, so for all Sauti Sol doubters, Sauti Sol are part of the upper echelon in music, globally now.
