Camp Mulla is back and we are excited!

Camp Mulla was one of the most exciting music groups Africa has seen and since they first happened on the scene, they have inspired a lot of rappers who have either been influenced by their style or tried to model their swag after them.

They gave the Kenyan market hit after hit:

And this was while they were still young. This was while they were still growing from boys to bigger boys and girls to older girls.

Yep! Since then, they have grown from being bigger boys to men and from lasses to ladies and mothers.

Taio Tripper found himself as a producer and Dj, Miss Karun became a mother after releasing a solo effort.

Shappaman on his part was an artist who has come into his own.

He released a mixtape and KusMa ended things with his artist girlfriend and largely went silent save for an EP called Js and Purple.

And their manager began driving an Uber as was sensationally exposed by Mpasho’s Uncle Chim Tuna.

They have since decided to come together and we are happy about the fact because Kenyan music has been in a limbo of sorts.

Perhaps they can elevate the game back to the heights they once got it too.

That said, they are back in the studio together and these are the first images of the camp back in the studio:
