Open Letter To Babu Owino ‘At Your Age Its Time You Outgrow SONU And #SaveUoN the Troubles

I saw a very disturbing video of Babu Owino harassing a young man who reportedly and allegedly wants to see him leave UON politics.

Babu Owino must be very frightened by now, that his opponent is probably smarter and candid to lead SONU, are the students supporting the new guy, yes? why?
They are tired of loud mouthed leaders who operate with gangs, who intimidate everyone against them.

They are by now sick of political-campus nonsense that does not help them iron out their needs or cater for what they feel is important.

So, has Babu Owino been arrested or are we still waiting for investigations to find out if the person seen in the video is him?

When will the long arm of the law get him to answer to pay for his crime?

What needs to be done?

Babu Owino should move out of SONU politics, or probably he is scared of the main league, and so he prefers to play at campus level where he can have his ways around undeterred?

SONU must say no to goon-ism and violence and the University of Nairobi must charge Babu Owino for failing to adhere by the rules and regulations that guide and govern the institution, after its all been said and done, isn’t he a student just like the rest, who get apprehended if they fail to honor and respect the code of conduct at the universities or is he special?

If Babu Owino is let to walk and smile free after this case, it only means he can run away with more and graver crimes, we can only wait to witness the worst after.

SONU and UON must make amendments to the term period an individual can be leader,to cut this nonsense once, many students are suffering in silence, they have to say yes to every nonsensical decision arrived at by the goon-ship at SONU.

Whatever you didn’t achieve in the last term, even if you stayed for another hundred, you still won’t achieve. The new fraternity will only resonate with leadership that understands their times and challenges, aren’t you too old for most of them?

I must say, its a positive thing someone is challenging Babu Owino and he is afraid that, all the media attention he gets and powers may soon be gone, but at the same time, i hope he sees it as an opportunity at hand and hope he rises to new challenges in life, surely at his age, its time he outgrows campus life.

I heard that you are contesting for a political seat in Embakasi, i hope that is true, finally students at UON can have a change and probably sober leadership.

i wish you the very best in your political endeavors sir Babu Owino.
