Moha the ever-eloquent Kiswahili news reporter of days gone by was a diligent and consummate professional as shown from his excellent investigative reports. The new and now Nyali MP has been getting to grips with the job of policies and politics.

The man who at first wanted to become a policeman or a member of the military has had to make some hard adjustments. Speaking during an appearance on NTV’S Churchill Show, Moha made the confession that he has now settled into his role as a parliamentarian but with some unforeseen challenges.

He revealed that one of the hardest things he has had to adjust to is his how other law keepers keep time. This is what he said:

“It’s not bad, but I have a problem of time keeping. Ukitoka from a professional area uingie politics, if we agree to meet at 8 am they will come at 12 pm. So kidogo ilikuwa inani affect,”

Along with that sobering revelation,( which most of us suspected anyway by how poor their workrate is) he also said that he wanted to promote the use of Kiswahili in the debate chambers so that people in the grassroots can get to understand the nitty-gritty of what was going on. To all his proposals I say hongera!
